The Valparaiso Community Library offers a variety of programs for the whole family from story times for our youngest patrons to French language, American history, and gardening classes for our adult patrons. A full range of reading-activity programs are offered during the summer months for our school aged patrons. History of
the Valparaiso Community Library
The doors of the Valparaiso Community Library opened in 1973. Since then the library has been a cultural and intellectual center for the community. It provides the highest level of service in a cost efficient and friendly atmosphere. The library is a proud member of the Okaloosa County Public Library Cooperative serving all the citizens of Okaloosa County to provide improved access to information and education.
